If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements have been made.

Preorder Cancellation & Refund Policy

Preorders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Approved cancellations are eligible for a refund less a 10% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees, preorder allocation costs, and administrative expenses.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. Returned products must remain unopened and factory sealed to be eligible for a refund in accordance with our store policies.
