Preorder Cancellation & Refund Policy

Preorders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Approved cancellations are eligible for a refund less a 10% cancellation fee, which covers non-recoverable payment processing fees, preorder allocation costs, and administrative expenses incurred in securing inventory.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. Any returns must be unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition to be eligible for a refund in accordance with our store policies.
